Generally Non-Refundable

Due to the customized nature of our services, payments for logo design, hosting services, marketing campaigns, and any other services offered by Sofsea Limited are generally non-refundable. The time, effort, and resources invested in creating deliverables are unique to each client's project.

Website and App Clients:

Change of Mind

Website design, app development and any other services clients who change their mind may be eligible for a partial refund within 30 days of the invoice date. However, a processing fee of 40% will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover administrative costs. After 30 days, refunds for change of mind are not available.

Exception for Major Service Deficiencies:

You may be eligible for a partial refund, even after 30 days, if we fail to deliver a project that meets the agreed-upon specifications and fail to rectify the deficiencies within a reasonable timeframe after written notification.

Domain and Hosting:

As Sofsea Limited acts as a reseller in purchasing domains and hosting services on your behalf from third-party providers and we don't offer refunds for these.

No Guarantees of Results:

Please understand that Sofsea Limited cannot guarantee specific results from its services. We strive to deliver exceptional value and measurable progress, but the success of any digital marketing or web design project can depend on various factors beyond our control.

Delivery Timeframe:

Please understand that delivery timeframes for your project may vary depending on the scope of work and the number of revisions requested. We will provide an estimated delivery timeline in your project agreement and make every effort to adhere to it. However, delays due to additional revisions or unforeseen circumstances are possible.

Disputes:

30-Day Dispute Resolution Window:

Website and app development clients have 30 days from the date of their invoice to raise any disputes regarding the services provided by Sofsea Limited. Disputes must be submitted in writing to info@sofsea.com and clearly outline the nature of the dispute.

Resolution Process

Sofsea Limited will make a good faith effort to resolve any disputes promptly and fairly. This may involve additional clarification, revisions, or adjustments to the agreed-upon deliverables.

No Chargebacks or Payment Disputes:

Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Sofsea Limited to attempt a resolution is considered a breach of this policy and may result in the suspension or termination of your service and potential legal action.

Revision Policy

We provide revisions depending on the package you have selected. Customers enjoy the leverage of unlimited free revisions as we revise their websites without any additional charges, provided that the theme and layout remain the same. The Turnaround Time for revision would be 48-72 hours.

Turn Around Time.

Sofsea Limited Have A Turnaround Time Of 48-72 Hours For Most Web Development Services. Note That This Is Not The Complete Time Frame For A Project. It Is Only The Turnaround Time For A Single Iteration Of The Development Stage. Depending On The Kind Of Service, The Time Required For Revisions Could Vary From A Minimum Of 48 Hours To 72 Hours Which Means Two Working Days

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nashville TN, jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Sofsea Limited with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

Discounted and Promotional Services

For discounted and promotional services, refunds are generally not offered. If you believe you are eligible for a refund for a discounted or promotional service, please contact us at info@sofsea.com with a detailed explanation of your request. We will review your request and respond to you as soon as possible.
